Steve is a Senior Corporate Attorney with extensive experience as an in-house counsel for public companies in hospitality and energy industries. Steve is responsible for advising senior management on hotel development and operations., intial public offerings, "34" Act reporting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, support of routine business operations, as well as supervision of Human Resources Department and corporate stock plans. Steve has a Master's degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. and is a former U.S. Navy Judge Advocate (JAG) serving with the U.S. Navy from 1976 to 1980.
Joe's hospitality career spans over 30 years. Joe assists NorthPointe Hospitality with pre-employment testing and analysis and ongoing coaching and training of managerial personnel. Joe has personal experience managing over 50 hotels with such notable brands as Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, IHG, Choice, Best Western and independently owned properties. Joe holds an Associate Degree in Advertising from Northwood College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Business Education, and a Masters Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University. He also served as adjunct professor for the Detroit College of Business, Central Piedmont College in Charlotte, NC and is the adjunct professor and corporate trainer for St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, FL.
Holly assists with the oversight of all Sales & Marketing efforts at each hotel. Holly's has 15 years of extensive knowledge regarding account relations, sales prospecting, sales reporting, contract negotiations, e-commerce, social media and building sales team's at the property level. Holly offices out of a hotel, so she's hands on and see's sales and marketing efforts in "action" on a daily basis. Holly is instrumental toward ensuring NorthPointe hotels are getting exceptional ROI's on all sales and marketing efforts.
