Holiday Inn Resort - Jekyll Island, GA

After taking control of the management of the hotel in May of 2013 from one of the top hotel management companies in the nation, NorthPointe Hospitality Management was able to immediately restructure the hotels operating model subsequently increasing Gross Operating Profits in a six month period by over 650k.  Immediately following it's renovation and restructuring to a Holiday Inn Resort in March of 2015, NorthPointe was able to increase Gross Operating Profits by 1.247 million in a ten month period (from the prior management's company performance on similar revenues) and will further grow profitability by 550k in the second full year of operations since takeover. Hilton Garden Inn - Albany, GA

After taking control of the management of the hotel in October 2012 from one of the top hotel management companies in the nation, NorthPointe Hospitality Management was able to grow the hotels topside revenues in its first year of operation by over 143k and Gross Operating Revenues by 283k and profit margin by 7pts., while also securing two consecutive OUTSTANDING QA's - this first Hilton Outstanding inspection since the hotel opened 10 years prior.  The hotel has since increased it's valuation by $4,000,0000 since initial takeover.


After taking control of the management of the hotel in Augusta 2014 from one of the top hotel management companies in the nation, and subsequent renovation that lasted four months (opening just in time for the Master's Golf Tournament) NorthPointe Hospitality Management converted the hotel to a Hilton Curio in September 2014.  Since then, the hotels room revenues have increased by over $2,000,000.  Gross Operating profits have increase by over $1,700,00 and margins are at an all-time high.
